Before we drill down into “About Infilux” please update us about your background may we have a brief company history?

Jeffrey Liu: Infilux is a brand created by Infinova Corp in 2016. Infinova was founded in 1993 and has over 20 years of experience in the video surveillance industry.

SecuritySolutionsWatch.com: Please give us an overview of the Infilux Security Camera, NVR System, Surveillance Kits offerings.

Jeffrey Liu: Currently, Infilux has 5 difference IP cameras in the product list, including 3.6mm bullet and mini dome cameras, 2.8-12mm bullet and mini dome cameras, and a 2mp(1920X1080) 20X PTZ camera. All cameras except the PTZ camera are 4mp(2592X1520), IP66 Indoor/Outdoor, True IR Light Day/Night function. In addition, Infilux has 4 different NVR Units. There are 4, 8, 16, and 32 Channel options. All the NVR units come with remote client software on Window or Mac system and with mobile phone app on IOS or Android system.

Jeffrey Liu: The 36-month warranty is definitely over the industry standard. Most of our competitors provide 24-month warranty. We provide an extra 12-month warranty because we are confident about the reliability of our products. It also helps us to stand out in a saturated market, which offers a great deal of similar products. Being able to offer this type of guarantee helps ease the consumers mind, when purchasing a high-consideration product. In addition to our industry-best, 36-month warranty, our price is really competitive comparing to other similar 4mp setups in the market. Also, as mentioned, Infilux provides life-time technical support and customer service. Jeffrey Liu : Our key target markets are smaller businesses, local installers and consumers that are looking for a high-quality, commercial-grade security and surveillance solution, but are not willing to pay a premium price. The Infilux box design is not as fancy as many other brands, however our product and functionality is comparable, or even exceeds some units that are sold at a premium price.
