SSW 100 Index Down Slightly in June

The SSW 100 Index was down 0.8% in June dropping from 205 to 203. The majors were virtually even with the month before. The NASDAQ went down 0.3% from 2,179 to 2.172 (163 to 163 on a comparable index basis). The Dow dropped 0.2% from 11,168 to 11.150 (134 to 134 on a comparable index basis). The S&P 500 was dead even at 1,270 in both months (144 in both months on a comparable index basis).

Decliners outpaced gainers by 59 to 38 with three even. Eleven gained than 10%, with seven of those rising by more that 15%. Seventeen fell by more than 10% with 7 of those dropping more than 15%.

Carreker up 30% to $7.15
CyberSource up 23% to $11.70
Intelli-Check up 21% to $5.66
Identix up 18% to $6.99
Atmel up 16% to $5.55
Nuance Communications up 15% to $10.06

Declining by more than 15% were:

SAFLINK down 26% to $0.37
ISIS Pharmaceuticals down 23% to $6.05
LaserCard down 21% to $13.09
Deluxe down 19% to $17.48
Analogic down 18% to $46.61
SRA International down 15% to $26.63
WatchGuard Technologies down 15% to $4.07
