Dear Friends of SecurityStockWatch.com,
“We believe that in today’s economy, security solutions must be thought
of strategically and applied not only for risk mitigation but also for
growth and innovation. This is a change in mind-set from the traditional
view of security as a cost of doing business or “insurance,” merely an
information protection issue. Our security solutions provide clients
with visibility into all aspects of their operations so they can reduce
costs, improve efficiencies and grow their business. These are among the
insights discussed by Mr. Nick Evans, Vice President and General Manager
Worldwide Enterprise Security Unisys (NYSE:UIS).

Mr. Todd Kealey, Marketing Development Manager, 3M Security Systems
Division (NYSE:MMM) told us, “Everyone here has always been particularly
proud of our relationship with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office of
the United Kingdom. 3M equips 104 British embassies, consulates and high
commissions around the world with passport issuance systems that can
identify biometric information. One in 10 British passports is issued
outside of the United Kingdom and the Web-based 3M Identity Document
Issuance System ensures that these passports are as secure as those
issued in the United Kingdom by the U.K. Passport Office”.
The entire
interview is available here. |

And, don’t miss our
Interview with Mr. J.R. Reagan, Managing Director and Solution Leader
Security Identity Management Group BearingPoint (NYSE:BE). “World events
and the increased incidence of identity theft have caused IT and
physical security technologies to converge, and converge on a global
scale. Officials responsible for security must now comply with the
demands of substantial standards and guidelines, many of which may not
have been in place when initially establishing their security programs.
